Barre-Lates
A fusion of Barre work and classical Pilates. Lengthen, tone and condition your core using light 2 lb. weights. All fitness levels welcome. Please have water, mat, towel, and 2 lb. weights handy. Instructor Patricia Anikewich holds many group exercise certifications and teaches at many Westchester and Connecticut fitness centers.
Make up date, if needed, is added to an open date or the end of the session.

30 Minutes for Better Movement
It's time to get moving again. This class combines stretching, balance, barre, and easy dance moves to get you moving better when you walk, improve your balance and posture, or become a better social dancer. Even if you never took a dance lesson, these basic movements are great exercises to help you tone and build endurance. No floor work; every movement will be done standing or sitting. A sturdy chair is required. Instructor Natalie Mazzola is a former amateur 10 dance champion, and a teacher for over 20 years at the Vitti's School of Dance in Danbury, CT. She loves to have fun, and her no stress attitude toward dance is clear as her students always leave with a smile! Stretch and Flexibility
A great class for all ages! A variety of dynamic, active and static stretches are aided with the use of several implements to relieve muscle tension, imbalances, and to achieve a greater range of motion and flexibility. Instructor Ginger Cox Is a seasoned professor of dance with a Master in Kinesiology, BFA in Dance. She loves movement and science, and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer. Her diverse background in dance and fitness for over twenty years, enables her to bring useful information that educates people how to improve their quality of life in a stress free, fun environment. Both Dance Informa Magazine, and Dancetrain Magazine featured her for her relatable teaching method and dynamic style in a variety of genres, to all ages.
