Real Estate Principles and Practices
This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the
Connecticut Real Estate Commission and Department of Consumer Protection for
application to take the sales associate exam. Led by Terry Hastings. Terry
Hastings has taught Real Estate Principles and Practices in Ridgefield for the past
ten years. He is now with Hamilton Mortgage and has over 15 years prior
experience in Real Estate sales and management. All guest instructors are licensed brokers with years of experience as well.
Tuition includes 2 texts.

Fundamentals

Learn how to identify, inspect, evaluate, purchase and manage income
producing real estate. Whether your
interest is foreclosures, multi-family, commercial buildings or a vacation
house, you can benefit from this course. A
$10 materials fee is payable to the instructor at class.
Taught by Doug Geddes, a licensed real estate appraiser and experienced developer of income
producing property. He manages his
own portfolio of income producing property.
