Registration - Sign Me Up!

To register, either Email, Fax, Mail, or Phone:

For each student:  (you may use our Registration Form or just list the information below)

• a list of the classes the student is taking
• the start date, location, and price of each class 
• (plus a one-time $4 registration fee per person)
• students' address, home and work phone numbers, and email address

Credit Card Payments Only Must Include:

• Visa or MasterCard - credit card number and expiration date and 3 digit security code
• Card holder name exactly as it appears on the credit card
• Card holder's address, including zip code
• Card holder's home and work phone numbers

In Person:  You may register by mail or fax (with credit card) anytime, the sooner the better ! Mail registration begins now and is encouraged. In Person Registration is at the Adult Learning Center, 60 Prospect Street (our hours are part-time, so please call before coming.).  Please register as early as you can.
