In Door Golf Lessons for Beginners
Get ready for golf season!! Learn to play golf or improve your game without dealing with the weather. Indoor golf lessons are offered for beginner players. These lessons are given for each club, as well as handouts for golf rules and showing each part of a swing, all in the comfort of the indoors. Beginners should bring a 5, 7, and 9 iron, any hybrids you have and a driver and golf glove to the first class. You can buy individual clubs or a starter set at some sporting goods stores. Lessons are taught by Beverlee Henion who has been golfing since age 12 and she has taught with us for 6 years. Her son is a golf professional. Class limit 5. Sign up quick.

Tue., 4/9, 23, 30 & 5/7 from 6 to 7 p.m.; Branchville School Gym

BES = Branchville School (40 Florida Road, ½ mile from the intersection of Route 7 & Branchville Road)

From Route 35 (Main Street) in Ridgefield, turn onto Route 102 (also called Branchville Road).  Go almost to Route 7, you will see Ancona’s Liquor Store and CVS on the right and Florida Road on the left. Take a left on Florida Road.  Pass a couple of houses.  Take a right into the first school lot (near the playground and gym).  The gym is the part of the building closest to the playground.  Enter at the gym entrance (there is a walkway with a couple of steps).
