Class Location: Computer classes and tutorials will be taught by the instructor at the Continuing Education Center, located in the Town Hall Annex or at one of the schools. Some classes may be taught live, online via Zoom.

Excel 365 for Windows - Fast Paced Intro / Brush Up
For people who have used Excel in the past and need to fill in basic gaps. Also for people who have solid basic computer skills, but are new to Excel. Learn to create, update, and format worksheets and charts. Quickly reviews cut, copy, paste, move, drag and fill, and delete and more. Instructor Peggy Bruno, a certified teacher, has developed computer courses and trained several thousand adults in computer applications for over 25 years. She previously worked in corporate marketing and information services. She has also taught Microsoft Office at the community college level. She holds a BA and MA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Excel 365 for Windows Intermediate - Linking Sheets, More Formulas & Functions
Prerequisite: Intro to Excel or equivalent experience. Exercises focus on practice with formulas; linking sheets and workbooks; relative, absolute, and mixed cell references; chartsand more. Instructor Peggy Bruno, a certified teacher, has developed computer courses and trained several thousand adults in computer applications for over 25 years. She previously worked in corporate marketing and information services. She has also taught Microsoft Office at the community college level. She holds a BA and MA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Prerequisite: Intermediate course or equivalent experience. Exercises cover Excel pivot tables and charts, VLookup, database features IF statements and more. Introduction to PowerPoint 365
Prerequisite: Basic word processing skills. This introductory PowerPoint class covers the fundamentals of creating dynamic presentations. Students will learn to design engaging slides, add text and images, incorporate animations and transitions, and effectively deliver their message. Perfect for beginners looking to master presentation software. Word and File Management
Prerequisite: Basic computer skills and knowledge of the keyboard. For students with gaps who want to solidify their experience before moving forward. We will create and edit simple letters and documents using Word. Includes Copy, Cut, Paste, Open, Save vs. SaveAs, Print and Fonts. We will also cover basic file management, find files, create folders and desktop shortcuts.

Word 365 Enhancements
Prerequisite: Word Basics, Microsoft Office Skills or equivalent. Review formatting (copy, cut, paste, fonts, line spacing, margins, Format Painter). Create and customize tables. Customize bullets and numbering. Insert page numbers, headers and footers. Insert, crop, and wrap text around photos, clip art, shapes . . . Learn how to find and replace text and then finish with customizing the Ribbon and the Quick Access Toolbar.
