Everyone can benefit from this extraordinary yoga tradition – once you try it, you’ll understand! Julie Shaw has practiced yoga for more than 35 years, and loves bringing Viniyoga to students. She is certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and trains prospective yoga therapists through American Viniyoga Institute.
